MShopa Terms of Use

These terms explain the responsibilities of customers, merchants, and MShopa when using the marketplace.

1. Marketplace role

MShopa provides a marketplace where approved independent merchants list products and customers place orders. Product accuracy, lawful ownership, quality, stock, and fulfilment remain the merchant’s responsibility. MShopa manages marketplace access, order records, and platform rules.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify MShopa if you suspect unauthorized access. Merchant access is approval-only and may be suspended for fraud, unsafe goods, repeated non-fulfilment, or policy violations.

3. Listings and orders

Displayed prices, condition, images, stock, and descriptions must be truthful. An order remains subject to stock verification and successful payment. MShopa may cancel duplicate, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, or technically invalid transactions.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by configured external payment providers. Never share a PIN or one-time password with MShopa or a merchant. Provider confirmation—not a screenshot—determines whether payment succeeded.

5. Fair treatment

Customers must inspect order details and provide a reachable delivery address. Merchants must communicate honestly and resolve valid complaints through repair, replacement, refund, or another fair remedy where applicable. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable law.

6. Prohibited activity

Fraud, counterfeit or stolen goods, misleading listings, abusive conduct, unauthorized scraping, credential theft, and interference with MShopa systems are prohibited.

7. Changes and disputes

Material changes will be dated on this page. Customers should first raise order problems with MShopa support so the merchant can respond and the transaction record can be reviewed.
