Ownership Scope

The original MShopa platform software, original interface designs, original graphics, original written platform content, databases and compilations where protectable, and other original materials created for MShopa are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and are owned by or licensed to ApexCole Technology, except where otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, publication, sale, modification, repackaging, or commercial exploitation of protected materials is prohibited except where ApexCole Technology has given permission, a licence permits it, or applicable law permits it.

Software & Source Code

The original source code, software architecture, components, application logic, and other original software created for MShopa are proprietary materials of ApexCole Technology, except for third-party and open-source components used under their respective licences.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or use of proprietary MShopa source code is prohibited except where authorized or permitted by applicable law.

Design & Brand Materials

Original MShopa interface designs, layouts, graphics, icons created specifically for MShopa, brand assets, and original visual materials may not be copied or commercially reproduced without authorization, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party Rights

Third-party trademarks, logos, software, payment-provider branding, libraries, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used according to applicable permissions or licences.

Examples may include Airtel, MTN, Google Maps, delivery providers, and open-source libraries.

Merchant Content

Merchants retain ownership or responsibility for content they submit to MShopa, subject to the licences and permissions necessary for MShopa to display and operate that content through the marketplace.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring they have the rights required to upload and use their submitted materials.

Customer Content

Customer names, addresses, locations, and account information are not treated as ApexCole copyright assets merely because they are stored for service operation. Privacy and data handling are governed under the applicable Privacy Policy.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of protected ApexCole Technology and MShopa materials may constitute copyright infringement and may result in enforcement action and remedies available under applicable law.
