Shipping Policy

Delivery availability, price, and timing must be shown at checkout before an order is submitted.

Delivery address

Customers must provide a complete address, reachable phone number, and accurate map location. Incorrect or inaccessible delivery details may delay fulfilment.

Delivery options

MShopa Delivery and Fast Delivery will only be offered where operational coverage is available. The applicable fee and estimated business-day range shown at checkout become part of the order record.

Multi-merchant orders

Products from different merchants are tracked separately. Preparation times may differ, and an order may require consolidation before delivery.

Delays and inspection

Weather, route availability, merchant preparation, holidays, or address problems may affect estimates. Customers should inspect packaging and report missing, damaged, or incorrect goods promptly through Support.
