This policy explains what information MShopa uses to operate accounts, orders, delivery, merchant approval, payments, and marketplace security.

We collect account details, contact information, delivery addresses and coordinates, order records, product activity, merchant application details, uploaded verification documents, payment references, and security logs needed to operate MShopa.
Information is used to create and protect accounts, process orders, connect an order to its merchants, verify payments, support delivery, review merchant applications, prevent abuse, resolve complaints, and maintain legally required records.
A merchant receives only the order and delivery information needed to fulfil that merchant’s portion of an order. Payment, hosting, mapping, messaging, and delivery providers receive only the information needed to perform their service. Private merchant documents are not public storefront content.
MShopa uses role-based access, private storage, audit records, and technical safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and access may be restricted while an account is protected.
You may update supported profile and address information through your account and request help correcting inaccurate records. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, financial, or legal records may need to be retained after an account stops being used.
Use the Support page and include the email connected to your account. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, or full payment credentials.
